Introducing the "DOMINATOR" SCR System

AmeriMex has 40+ years of experience in SCR drive design. This allows us to provide SCR systems of any size and complexity to our customers.
Compact enclosure with all components accessible
Draw-out or bolt-in circit breaker
Common plated copper AC Bus throughout system
SCR bridge with aluminum heat sink, isolated base and high capacity SCR blocks.
fuses for each AC input phase
Bridge ratings from 1200 Amps to 3400 Amps
Operating temperature range -20 degree C to 50 degree C , and -4 degree F to 122 degree F
Modular component design isolates each area of function for ease of troubleshooting and/or replacement
Digital or analog controller with factory preset limitations or adjustable limits via touch screen or laptop computer (customers choice)
Quiet fan cooling, in standard bridge configuration 85 db or below
Drillers Control or Control Station:
The AmeriMex "DOMINATOR" drillers control station is custom designed to fit the customer's requirements. It can be a simple driller's console for outdoor use with all the standard controls and alarms or a more sophisticated driller's cabin with computer monitoring and touch screen capability.

The above features are easily stated but, the "DOMINATOR" SCR system is truly designed for long life, to be trouble free, easily maintained with off the shelf components and backed by our around-the-clock seasoned service department. All parts are generic and not proprietary to AmeriMex.
